Job Description/Responsibilities
1. Partner Management • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing CABR distribution partners. • Drive business growth through partner engagement and productivity improvement. • Ensure smooth coordination between partners and internal teams. 2. New Partner Acquisition • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the distribution network. • Develop strategic partnerships to increase market reach and business volumes. 3. Sales Growth & Business Development • Drive achievement of regional sales targets through channel partners. • Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue generation in the assigned zone. • Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions where required. 4. Team Leadership • Lead, guide, and support the partner sales teams to enhance productivity. • Conduct training, motivation sessions, and capability-building initiatives. 5. Market Development • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. • Develop localized strategies to increase market penetration in Kerala.
