Job Description/Responsibilities
- Interact with clients to understand their business models and assess associated risks and mitigants.
- Focus on lead generation for SME business within key knowledge segments where SFL has established expertise.
- Develop and maintain strong networking, acquaintance, and brand recall within SME industry associations.
- Build and leverage relationships with machinery manufacturers and dealers.
- Meet prospective clients to drive business development initiatives.
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss accounts, and analyze key financial ratios.
- Prepare high-quality Basic Information Reports (BIRs), ensuring all relevant and critical information is accurately captured.
- Ensure timely collection and compliance of all post-disbursal documentation.
